DRAWING VIENNA’S ‘SECOND LIVING ROOM’

I first stepped into CAFÉ PRÜCKEL in 2010, shortly after moving to Vienna to study at the University of Applied Arts across the street. Since then, it has become part of my life—almost a second living room, as many Viennese fondly call their coffeehouses.

The drawings created for the café grew from on-site sketches and memories gathered over countless visits. They aim to capture its rhythm and the small rituals and moments that define the character of one of Vienna’s most iconic institutions.
