Dear customer, thank you for your interest in my work! By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY
All original works and print editions come with a signed certificate of authenticity including information about the work.
EDITIONS
Some prints are available as limited editions (numbered and signed), while others are open editions (signed). Edition details are specified on each product page.
DEDICATIONS & GIFT MESSAGES
If you'd like me to include a personal dedication or gift message with your order, please let me know via email at shop@francescociccolella.com after placing your order.
FRAMING
All prints and original works on paper ship unframed.
MOBILES
I make all mobiles by hand. Small imperfections are part of their charm and make them unique. Each mobile comes including the parts displayed in the pictures on its product page. Please note that mounting hardware is not included—you can hang them from a ceiling hook, picture rail, or any suitable fixture.
PAYMENT
You can pay with PayPal or by credit card via Stripe. Both payment methods are secure and encrypted. If you need a different payment option, please reach out and we'll find a solution.
SHIPPING
- Processing Time: I aim to ship your order within 5 working days.
- Shipping Method: All items ship from my studio in Vienna, Austria, primarily via the Austrian postal service (Österreichische Post). International orders may use alternative carriers depending on availability.
- Worldwide Shipping: I ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
- Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.
- Unclaimed Packages: If an item is unclaimed and returned to me, I'll be in touch about shipping it again—however, you might be charged a new shipping fee depending on the circumstances.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES
Please note that depending on your location, your order may be subject to import taxes or customs duties. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. As the recipient, you're responsible for complying with your country's import regulations. If you have questions about this, feel free to reach out!
DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date with photos (if damaged). I'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
- Original Artworks & Limited Editions: As these are unique or made-to-order items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
- Open Edition Prints & Publications: These can be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original, unused condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective.
- Please Contact Me First: Before returning any items, please email me at shop@francescociccolella.com so we can arrange the return process.
REFUNDS
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after I receive the returned item in acceptable condition. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
COPYRIGHT & USAGE
All works remain my intellectual property. The purchase of a print or original grants you ownership of the physical object only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the artwork or its imagery is prohibited without my written permission.
RETENTION OF TITLE
Items remain my property until full payment is received.
ORDER CONFIRMATION & INVOICE
After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation via email. As soon as I've shipped your order, I'll send you an email with the tracking number and invoice.

PRIVACY

CHANGES TO TERMS
I reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions. The version dated at the top of this page applies to your order.
